-Changes sculk potion textures

-Changes blindness and levitation potions
### Gravity Changer API (Fork)
-Changes gravity potion textures
-Changes other item & textures within the mod
-Adds English localization for strength reverse potion effect and effect arrows
**Requires [CIT Resewn](https://modrinth.com/mod/cit-resewn) (or another CIT mod) or Optifine, however only tested with CIT Resewn on MC Version 1.20.4 Fabric**
