Opon placing a block or breaking the same block, it appears on all chunks in same y level.
## Commands
- ``` /worldcopies ``` - Shows status.
- ``` /worldcopies toggle ``` - On/off, the default is on.
- ``` /worldcopies clear ``` - Clears all edits in all dimensions.
- ``` /worldcopies restamp ``` - Reapply the whole edit map to all loaded chunks.
- ``` /worldcopies reload ``` - Reloads the config file.
