# waypointers save coordinates without leaving the game. ## what this is an alternative to waypoints in minimap mods, without the minimap part. you can also consider this a remake of [MCG](https://modrinth.com/mod/mcg). ## why same reason as the author of MCG: > I personally believe that full minimap mods add too many extra features or get in the player's way in general. tl;dr: bloat. ## support for older than 1.21.x?
