**Waxed Copper Indicators** is a lightweight, vanilla-friendly resource pack that adds a small honeycomb badge to the corner of waxed copper items in the GUI (inventory, chests, recipes). Held and placed blocks retain their original appearance. > **Version Note:** This pack requires **Minecraft 1.21.4 or newer** since it utilizes the new item model to dynamically overlay the badge. This pack references the game's current honeycomb texture. I created this before I realised that a similar pack already existed. While the concept is similar, **Waxed Copper Indicators** handles compatibility better. Instead of bundling a static, hardcoded vanilla honeycomb image inside the pack, it dynamically references whatever honeycomb texture is currently active in your game. If you use a high-resolution or stylized resource pack (like *Faithful* or *Prime HD*), the indicator badge automatically upgrades and adapts to match that pack's art style seamlessly, rather than sticking out as a low-res vanilla texture. --- ### Compatibility Feedback I want this pack to work flawlessly with as many custom resource packs as possible.
