This clientside mod gives falling blocks a bit more *life* by rotating them to face the direction they're flying towards. Additionally, it applies some squash & stretch to them based on their speed, the amount of which can be fully configured and disabled on a per-block basis.
The mod is entirely clientside, so you can play on any server with this.
