Unique Torch Tops

Changes all torches (and blocks including torches) to have a **unique top texture** that is smoother and more consistent. That's all. This pack is compatible with my [Redder Redstone Torches]([https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/redder-redstone-torches](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/redder-redstone-torches)) pack, providing a unique top texture for its Redstone Torch.
