Changes the _Netherite_ set of tools to what is seen in **Minecraft: Story Mode**. This is based off of the **Command Block Sword**'s model, but for the entire set. See [Wiki Article](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Story_Mode:Ultimate_Weapon).

- Renamed Items (en_us.json)
Since it changes Netherite, it should be **forever compatible for any version past 1.16**.
