The pack is for the people that like the names of the items. The pack doesn't work! There's bunch of reasons why it couldn't work. Try these; - Changing your Minecraft language to Türkçe (Turkish), - Using the correct Minecraft version (26.1.2 for example). But if the pack doesn't show up entirely, make sure you put it in the "resourcepacks" folder in the ".minecraft" folder.
