Translucent Lanterns

Makes the Glass from Lanterns Translucent and adds a little torch inside! In [26.1 Snapshot 7](https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-26-1-snapshot-7), Mojang changed the block model format so that any block model can now support cutout (transparent) or translucent (partially transparent pixels) textures. I just wanted to experiment with this, and this was the first thing that came to my mind!
