Trans Elytra

There is now a trans flag on the elytra item texture! :3 This only affects the item texture. If you want the model to be a trans flag, I suggest using [MinecraftCapes](https://modrinth.com/project/9gNVPfzw) to add a custom elytra texture for only yourself. This is compatible with [Elytra Trims](https://modrinth.com/project/XpzGz7KD).
