TNT Tweaks

 Changes to TNT behavior like knockback, damage, fuse time, and block breaking. # Default Config:  The mod can be configured through the ingame [ModMenu](https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu) and [Cloth Config](https://modrinth.com/mod/cloth-config) GUI. There's a lot of potential to make minigames with the TNT modifiers because the instant knockback can be used to launch yourself forward quickly. It's also fun to mess around with! Note: The video above has fast turns similar to Telly Bridging, so it could make some viewers motion sick.
