Makes the shield model 0.75x as large as to not hide the player's skin as much. Also makes the first-person view less obscured by the shield.

Shields that are smaller, whilst maintaining proportions, to not block your beautiful player skin! Also affects first person, so the shield doesn't take up much space on the screen.
