Hello this is my first Minecraft Pack. I made it using MCTOOLS by going to the custom resource pack area,
What this mod does to your world is change two music discs (Lava Chicken and Tears) to other songs you may find on the internet. :D
Table's Extra Music Disc Pack
This resource pack (or mod) replaces tears and lava chicken with much better music (THIS PACK WAS MADE WITH MCTOOLS)
