These mods are built specifically for Forge and are not yet compatible with NeoForge, as their developers haven't ported them over (or the port isn't stable yet). We know this affects some of the features/weapons you were expecting, and we're sorry for the disappointment. We're keeping an eye on updates from the mod authors and will add NeoForge support for these mods as soon as compatible versions become available.
