Simple UI element showing whether you're currently sneaking or sprinting. Currently uses the built-in icon for the Slowness potion effect, as well as the built-in icon for the Speed potion effect.
The UI element can be placed wherever you want it to be placed on screen. The config menu for it is not a menu, it just closes the menu and lets you use your movement inputs to move the icon.
This version does not shift the attack indicator, and is therefore compatible with [SDW](https://modrinth.com/mod/Simply-Dual-Wielding)'s hotbar attack indicator!
