The SpeechToSpell fabric-mod adds multiple spells from the Harry-Potter-universe to Minecraft.
Using speech-recognition the spells can be cast by saying them out loud while using a wand or by using the spell-hotbar.
Getting started:
Craft the Wand Maker
The Wand Maker can be crafted using one amethyst crystal, five wooden planks of any type and three warped stems arranged in the following manner:
Craft the Crimson Wand
The Crimson Wand can be crafted in the Wand Maker putting one crimson plank in the wood slot and one string in the core slot:
Cast a Spell
To cast a spell say it out loud while holding right click with the wand:
The spell-hotbar
Press N to open the GUI to configure wand's spell-hotbar: Here are all implemented spells listed.
Press R to cycle through the spell-hotbar and G to cast a spell.

In the "A Guide To Magic"-Book which can be crafted using one amethyst shard and one book, all spells and their function are listed
