- Diamond = Spear of Longinus
- Netherite = Heavy Spear
> Texture can be changed by renaming the item:
- Spear of Longinus, Lance of Longinus, Longinus no Yari -> Diamond Variant
- Heavy Spear, Heavy Lance, Omoi Yari -> Netherite Variant
