SKN's Distinguished Tools: Bare Bones

Summary I've liked playing the game with Bare Bones, but I also enjoy the personality of my own pack, SKN's Distinguished Tools. So, I decided to blend them together and make a variant that fits Bare Bones. It was pretty easy, basically just recolor, make some considerations, and voila.
