Simple Netherite Horse Armor

Yet another mod that adds netherite horse armor, and with the look that is similar to a normal netherite set. By default, it appears in the chests of treasure rooms in the bastion remnants with the weight of 8. Can be disabled and use a data pack instead, of course you can also change the weight if you want. Fabric version requires [Fabric API](https://modrinth.com/mod/fabric-api). Optionally, you can download [Cloth Config API](https://modrinth.com/mod/cloth-config) to configure the mod.
