 An opinionated daily driver built for performance and quality of life. Also serves as the home of the Shulker Toolkit project, seeking to make advanced modpack management easier to create and maintain. Home of the Shulker Toolkit (STK), a toolset for developing and managing modpacks! ## Why Sherbert? - **Quick Setup** - Included configurations make Sherbert easy to get started with and are designed to run well on most systems. - **Extra Features** - Sherbert includes quality of life mods like Zoomify and others to improve your playing experience. - **Near Universally Compatible** - Sherbert, thanks to the incredible ViaFabricPlus mod, can join Minecraft servers from almost every version of Minecraft. - **Full Shader and Resource Pack Support** - Sherbert fully supports shader packs and advanced resource packs thanks to mods like Iris, ETF, and others. - **Performance** - Sherbert has a heavy focus on performing well in most environments without compromising on graphics or gameplay, made possible by optimization mods like Sodium. - **Opinionated Configuration** - Sherbert includes touches like fonts, GUI resource packs, colors, and configuration choices tuned to give it a certain style to distinguish it from Vanilla and (in the author's opinion) improve it. - **Open Source & Extensible** - All of Sherbert's code and configs are open source. Add any mods you like and use the included guidelines (in the docs folder on github) to use our toolkit to help develop your own modpacks. **Release** versions have all major mods but might still be missing minor ones.\ **Beta** versions may be missing major mods or functionality.\ **Alpha** versions are missing major mods or functionality and usually have major issues. ## Notes Sherbert is designed to be used daily, but this does not mean that it will work perfectly in all situations at all times. When using Sherbert, you should understand that: - Sherbert is designed with server mod rules in mind, but may not follow all of them. It is your responsibility to verify whether Sherbert is compliant with any specific server's rules. - By installing this modpack you agree that the modpack author, the mod developers and Mojang provide no warranties for using this modpack, every action you do with it is your own. - Sherbert is primarily tested on Windows 11 with a laptop running a AMD AI 5 340 and 16GB of RAM. Sherbert therefore may have more issues on untested platforms.
