Shade & Saturation Slider

Adds a shade and saturation slider allowing you to change the block shade percentage as well as adding a saturation slider so you can change the games saturation The slider is located in sodium video settings, under the quality tab By default it has a 1x saturation multiplier and 75% shade -Icon by Stridey (feel free to use in any modpacks)
