Semos Villagers Job Fix

So they're mixels. - Depending of the player face, head equipement like glasses can be far away from the eyes and look funny - Same goes for the hats - If the job level texture adds something to another part of the body. It will not show up in my villagers pack. This is to gain a little bit of performances
