Sculk Vials

Simple datapack that add the "Sculk Vial" tool that let you keep your precius experience in it and release it at need Right click - store expirience. Shift + Left click - withraw stored experience. Go to the [version page](https://modrinth.com/datapack/sculkvial/versions) and find the version you want that labeled as datapack.
