Rolo's PvP is a resource pack that changes the way tools, weapons, armor, GUI and utilities look. The pack is mainly for players who play Survival. It includes features like CIT, where certain names give tools different appearances. For 1.21.4+ armor models version 1.6 works, version 1.5 does not. In older versions this works the other way around. There is a version for 1.6 for 1.21.4+ and 1.21.3 and below, in which the armor models do work for the named versions.
