Resource Pack Tweaks

 > If you're using a beta version, PLEASE report problems you find, especially if it's a compatibility issue ### This mod improves resource pack behavior! - Stop server pack de-load when logging off the server (useful when you have bad internet connection and you get kicked a lot). - Load the latest used server pack before the game loads to save time (optional, can be configured using the `preload` option in the config) - Allows to change server pack position/priority. - Allows you to change the maximum amount of packs saved, before getting purged (`max-packs` in the config, available since version 1.1.0). - ...post an issue on [the GitHub repo](https://github.com/DrTheodor/rptweaks/issues) if you have suggestions (or found a bug)!
