Create: Factory Logistics - Re-Packager Fix

This mod fixes Composite Packages from [Create: Factory Logistics](https://modrinth.com/mod/create_factory_logistics) to correctly output from Re-Packagers. This is done by putting a Package or Composite Package with a Jar and then powering the Re-Packager so that it combines them. Each Composite Package can hold up to 4 Jars and 9 stacks of items, like normal. This mod simply fixes a bug and does not add Composite Packages.
