The resource pack adds green "fire" to the progress bar.
The animation loops over 32 frames.
The locator and jump bar have also been modified for simplicity.
You can change the animation speed by modifying the `framerate` parameter in the `experience_bar_progress.png.mcmeta` file.
Little road map:
- change the number of animation frames to 32 (in 1.1) DONE
- add an animation for the jump bar (in 1.2) DONE
