Ratpack

Client-side modpack of the Rat Moment, by the Rat Moment, and for the Rat Moment. The Ratpack was originally created as a resource pack, however it heavily relied on OptiFine, which is becoming increasingly obsolete. Therefore, we have decided to build a modpack using alternative mods which replicate OptiFine's resource pack features. This also opens the door to adding more performance and utility mods.
