Random Enchant Fix

 This mod allows modpack developers to remove enchantments from being applied with the `minecraft:enchant_with_levels` function. By default, this applies a fix for the [Dungeons and Taverns](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/dungeon-and-taverns) datapack, removing some placeholder enchantments only meant to be applied to its custom boss mobs.
