Working Sniper Scope

Requires 110 (Quake Pro) FOV, I might make it in other popular FOVs (90?). Turns the pumpkin blur overlay into a fully functional sniper scope! Max range is 118 meters, because that's the maximum range for bows in the game. Works really well with [Rangefinder HUD](https://modrinth.com/mod/rangefinderhud 'Rangefinder HUD'), which tells you the distance of whatever you're looking at, or with [Ping Wheel](https://modrinth.com/mod/ping-wheel 'Ping Wheel'), which allows you to "ping" enemies/blocks and tracks their movement while showing the distance. There is a version zeroed at 0 and at 20 meters.
