Prototype Blocks: Utility

This resource pack changes the utility and some of the functional blocks into their in-development textures. This Rescource pack is a follow-up of the [Beta Enchanting Table](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/beta-enchanting-table) texture pack. Use Minecraft's built-in texturepack: "programmer art" for the best expirience.  Updates will be made in the future, another texturepack related to this will be released soon!
