This texturepacks job is to change snow and rain of Protomanly's weather and give the user a different experience.
The biggest keypoints are the redone snow and rain. The rain particles are noticably smaller and not so much in they way as they used to be. The snow particles are more detailed and offer a better viewing experience for the user.
To do list:
