Performant Matcha

A faster, customized resource pack of the one belonging to the [Matcha Flavoured](https://modrinth.com/datapack/matcha-flavoured) datapack. What's changed: - removed additional leaf json (50% FPS increase in some cases on my end with Complementery Shaders) - (more coming soon as Matcha updates!)
