Northern Council Panorama

The Northern Council is a build on the Unstable SMP built by the Law. This resource pack turns the menu panorama into the Northern Council. It also has [Solas Shaders](https://modrinth.com/project/EpQFjzrQ)! I used the map from [this video](https://youtu.be/gOzgVwODI6w) to make this panorama and I used [Panorama Screenshot](https://modrinth.com/project/K3RHGadZ) to take the screenshots and format them easily. This resource pack is also included in my modpack, [Unstable SMP Recreation](https://modrinth.com/project/SU0WjsoL). Although this resource pack uses shaders, it does not cause lag because it simply loads images and doesn't render anything. This also means that you don't need to have [Solas](https://modrinth.com/project/EpQFjzrQ) or [Iris](https://modrinth.com/project/YL57xq9U) installed for this to work.
