No Fog

A simple client-side mod supporting the Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, and Quilt mod loaders that removes all fog.     There are no configs if [ClothConfig](https://modrinth.com/mod/cloth-config) is not present. All fog will always remain disabled.   Configs on Fabric/Quilt (1.16.5+): Configs can be changed from ingame if [ClothConfig](https://modrinth.com/mod/cloth-config), [ModMenu](https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu), and [FabricAPI](https://modrinth.com/mod/fabric-api)/[QSL](https://modrinth.com/mod/qsl) are present. Configs on NeoForge (1.20.2+) & Forge (1.16.5 - 1.20.1): Configs can be changed from the main menu if [ClothConfig](https://modrinth.com/mod/cloth-config) is present.   Configs can toggle each fog type when you are in biomes, dimensions, and globally in that order of priority.
