No Three-Bolt Overlay

Simply removes the obtrusive overlay when using the Three-Bolt Helmet from the [Aquamirae](https://modrinth.com/mod/aquamirae) mod. If you're using the Forge version of the mod, then this isn't necessary since you can easily toggle the overlay in the config.
