No Roman Numerals [NRN]

This mod removes Roman numerals from the game and replaces them with Arabic numerals. It even changes the hardcoded Beacon numeral.

# Information This lightweight client-side mod removes Roman numerals for enchantments and potions and replaces them with Arabic numerals, up to level 255. This mod even changes the hardcoded Roman 2 inside of Beacons.
