Adds the Kinki Sharyo P3010 from the Los Angeles Metro into Minecraft Transit Railway! Dependencies: Minecraft Transit Railway version 4.0.3 or higher and that's literally it. NOTE: Each car set should have a "forward" car followed by a "backward" car.
