ModManager is an extension for [Mod Menu](https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu)
It allows you to:
* Browse Modrinth in Minecraft
* Install, remove and update mods through a button press
* Shows a toast (little notification in the right corner) when mod updates are available
* Shows only mods compatible with the used Minecraft version
