Mod Checker Reworked

 Mod Checker Reworked is a mod that ensures that you can use popular mods(that are not on modrinth) in your modpack. You can configuer the mods in a config file! If any of these mods are missing, the mod displays a screen before entering the main menu, showing that you need to download the mods. I got the idea for this mod from the [FTB Checker](https://modrinth.com/mod/ftbchecker) mod. However, I did not use any code from this mod.
