Logic is:
- `year - 4` is the **major** version
- `(drop - 1) * 3` is the **minor** version
- `patch` gets added to **minor**... *surely* they won't have *another* patch before the next drop
Minecraft 26.x -> 1.2x
Reverts the Minecraft version scheme to the old (better) one.
