# Duck Mod This mod adds some extra life into your world by introducing the duck mob from Minecraft: Dungeons, complete with duck sounds, duck-related items, and a duck spawn egg. Includes variants in 26.1. **Features new items:** - Duck Spawn Egg - Raw Duck - Cooked Duck - White Egg (+2 variants) A "Programmer Art" texture pack comes built-in from 26.1 onwards, but older versions are available [here](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/duckmodart). **About variants** Due to how the mod is made, summoning a duck variant requires a slightly different command: `/summon duckmod:duck ~ ~ ~ {variant:"duckmod:warm"}` `/summon duckmod:duck ~ ~ ~ {variant:"duckmod:cold"}` An example Datapack and Resourcepack for adding duck variants can be found [here](https://modrinth.com/datapack/duckmodextras). ## Notes This is **not** a chicken retexture. This mod does not replace or alter chickens.
