Adds Heart system from LifeSteal SMP
### Version 1.1:
* Maximum 20 Hearts
* Killing a player gives Heart
* Command withdraw takes your Heart
* At start usually 10 Hearts
* Heart is knowledge book
* Heart craft
### Version 1.2:
* Customizable amount of maximum hearts
* Customizable amount of starting hearts
* Heart is now with texture pack
Withdraw command:
```
/trigger withdraw
/trigger withdraw set
```
Customize maximum and starting hearts **(this is necessarily to write on v1.2)**:
```
/function lifesteal:options {"heartsMax":20,"heartsBase":10}
```
Tips:
* If you use a Heart item when you already have 20 hearts, then it may visually disappear. Either update the slot or rejoin.
* Although I tried to do it without errors, still don't use too many hearts in 0.05 seconds.
