Lava Furnaces

This mod makes furnaces, blast furnaces and smokers burn without needing fuel as long as they have a lava source beneath them.  This mod is inspired by Purpur's "Use lava from underneath" setting. This version, however, does not consume the lava after fueling the furnace. If installed on server there is no need for it to also be installed client-side.
