In concept, it's a great interface that I prefer to the bulkiness of recipe browser mods. But in practice, it's missing a lot of necessary functionality (especially for modded playthroughs) that recipe browsers bring to the table. That's what this mod aims to fix. ## Features When used **server-side**: - **No More Recipe Unlocks** - Completely removes recipe book NBT and recipe unlocking. - Still handles recipes for players on vanilla clients by treating them as all unlocked. When used **client-side**, with [**JEI**](https://modrinth.com/mod/jei), [**REI**](https://modrinth.com/mod/rei), or [**EMI**](https://modrinth.com/mod/emi) installed: - **Recipe Browser Integration** - The recipe book now populates its entries from your choice favorite recipe browser. - **Mod Support** - Recipe categories are now populated from item groups (creative tabs), which provides a more organized layout, especially for modded recipes. - Works with most mods with recipe browser support. - **No More Browser** - Permanently hides the recipe browser interface while keeping other functionality of the mod intact. - Generic item information (e.g. items not obtained through standard crafting) can be viewed through the recipe book in your inventory. ### Alternatives If you are just looking to remove the recipe book entirely, I recommend checking out [**Not Enough Recipe Book**](https://modrinth.com/mod/notenoughrecipebook).
