Homing Attack and Boost

## Use Sonic's Homing Attack and Boost in Minecraft! Press 'Z' while in midair and looking at a mob to do a homing attack. Damage scales with stronger armor. Hold 'B' to boost. Also includes functional Dash Panel, Dash Ring, and Spring blocks! **This mod requires Architectury API and Fzzy Config.** Fabric API is required on Fabric.
