HephaestusPlus just hit 1000 downloads! New content is in the making, including Mythic Metals rebalance (thanks to SpikeJr!) and a series of modifiers utilizing TR Energy API! # About the mod HephaestusPlus is an addon for [Hephaestus](https://modrinth.com/mod/hephaestus) that aims to add new tools, materials and modifiers to complement other Fabric mods. # General info: - The dependencies are optional - you don't need every single dependency, HephaestusPlus will disable certain stuff if a dependency is missing. Please note that currently HephaestusPlus does not add anything by itself, so without any of the dependencies HephaestusPlus is useless. - As Mythic Metals by itself adds quite powerful materials, some things may be overtuned. Please suggest changes for traits or tool stats, or report bugs on this mod's [issue tracker](https://github.com/KonSola5/HephaestusPlus/issues)! # Additions: ## [FabricaeExNihilo](https://modrinth.com/mod/fabricae-ex-nihilo): - Modifiable Crooks and Hand Hammers, - Crooking and Smashing ability that allows any Hephaestus tool to function like a FabricaeExNihilo crook/hammer.  ## [Mythic Metals](https://modrinth.com/mod/mythicmetals): New materials for melee/harvest tools with their respective traits:  Mythic Metals materials - click to show Adamantite - Sharp (grants +0.75 damage per part) (reused from Hephaestus) Aquarium - Hydraulic (negates the mining penalty underwater and boosts mining speed underwater) (reused from Hephaestus), Banglum - Bang Bang (if Legendary Banglum is applied, the tool can blast tunnels, using up 2 durability per broken block), Carmot - Carmot Synergy (when Carmot tool is held, your Carmot Shield's maximum cooldown is shorter and it regenerates faster), Celestium - Unobtainable (only the person that forged the tool may hold it safely, others will take continuous damage), Durasteel - Durable (grants +12% durability, +4% mining and attack speed per level), Hallowed - Soul Powered (killing mobs stores souls inside the tool, increases damage based on the amount of souls stored), Kyber - Prismatic (grants +1% damage per light level per level), Metallurgium - Unobtainable (only the person that forged the tool may hold it safely, others will take continuous damage), Mythril - Magically Modifiable (grants +1 upgrade slot per level), Orichalcum - Solid (the tool takes less damage the more durability was used up), Palladium - Branding (inflicts Heat from Mythic Metals onto mobs), Prometheum - Regrowth (slowly, passively regenerates durability), Quadrillum - Cosmic (mines faster the higher you are, mines slower deep underground - basically reverse Copper), Runite - Freezing (has a 10% chance per level to immobilize the mob for 5 seconds), Star Platinum - Stellar Swiftness (grants +15% attack speed per part), Stormyx - Storm Spell (mobs hit with the tool have a small change to be struck with lightning, higher chance during a thunderstorm) - A Legendary Banglum ability, which activates Banglum's Bang Bang. - A Carmot Shield ability and Carmot Boost defense modifiers will give your Hephaestus armor Carmot Shield. ## [Botania](https://modrinth.com/mod/botania) : New materials for melee/harvest tools and one Bowstring with their respective traits:  Botania materials - click to show Common traits: Crude Manashield: Grants 15% chance per level for consuming normal amount of Mana instead of durability. Manashield: The tool can consume Mana instead of durability. Normal amount when all tool parts have Manashield, cost is doubled for each tool part without Manashield and √2x for each Crude Manashield part. Material traits: Livingwood: Crude Manashield + Maintained Livingrock: Crude Manashield + Stonebound Manasteel: Manashield Elementium: Manashield + Fairy Blessing (adds +3% Pixie Spawn Chance per level) on non-Binding parts, Manashield + Garbage Collector (void mundane materials like Elementium Pickaxe does) on Bindings Terrasteel: Manashield + Terrafirma (will heal you using Mana when you are hungry and hurt, faster healing at higher levels Mana Infused String: Manashot (bows and crossbows with this bowstring can conjure arrows using Mana, like a Crystal Bow) ## More mods coming soon! # Additional credits [Botania](https://modrinth.com/mod/botania) - Inspiration for the Unobtainable trait.
