Gradient Clouds

## Gradient Clouds Uses core shaders to give the clouds a vertical transparency gradient, like how Minecraft: Story Mode depicts them! This probably doesn't work with Sodium, since it uses core shaders.  The transition starts at the bottom when you're below the clouds, and it starts at the top when you're above them. There's a smooth transition between these two 'modes' when you pass through the cloud height. The "Clouds" setting in video settings must be set to "Fancy" in order to see the change.
