Gold Experience Requiem

Adds **Gold Experience Requiem** evolution to the GE. To evolve, you need to use Stand Arrow on resolve level of 4. ## Abilities - **Life beam:** ger shoots with the beam, piercing enemies. On resolve level of 3 it also creates life forms. - **Nullify:** a counter attack that inflicts stun. The ability cooldown will be decreased if you were hit. - **Return to Zero:** disables the most powerful attacking stand abilities of entities around (using the timestop range). Also works with addons! - **Passive:** inits death loop effect on a target killed by a stand. While it lasts the damage target gets will be fatal and the target will be instantly respawned.
