# Gateways SMP!
merging **Enchancment**, **Create** and **Farmers delight**, Gateways is a lightweight modpack used as a canvas **for idiotic and often grand mis-adventures**.
## PREMISE
_several, rather incompetent people wake up in a new world. over the course of several months,_ _they will begin to scramble to escape. discovering things they probably shouldn't have, forces_ _and beings they shouldnt tempt and eventually, a way out. a... **gateway**... _
this is simply just context for the server that this modpack is used on. there as you may have guessed is light lore, but it primarly acts as excuses to mod and for when the time comes, reset and begin a new season. seasons last from 5-6 monthes and useally end with the members stepping through a Gateway and into a new reality to begin all over again. in theory anyway.
